Release what is keeping you stuck. Return to Alignment
Most treatments focus on where the pain is.
Peter begins somewhere different.
He starts by creating the right environment inside the body.
Helping the lymphatic system flow.
Restoring energetic balance.
Releasing fascial restrictions.
Realigning the pelvis.
Calming the nervous system.
Only then does the body begin to release what it has been holding.
That is incredibly different from most practitioners.

Over the past 30 years, I've brought together a wide range of disciplines including massage therapy, Shiatsu, sports therapy, pelvic alignment, fascia work, traditional Chinese medicine, breathwork, lymphatics, energetic healing and Kanika.
Rather than following a single technique, I draw on what your body needs in that moment.
My focus isn't simply on treating where the pain is. I work to create the right conditions for your body to relax, release and begin restoring balance from within.
Every session is unique because every person is unique.
Your first session begins with a conversation about your health history, symptoms and lifestyle.
From there, I assess how your body is functioning as a whole rather than focusing on just one area of discomfort.
Treatment often begins by supporting lymphatic flow before working with the fascia, meridians, pelvic alignment and areas of restriction throughout the body.
You'll also receive practical advice and simple exercises that can help support your progress between sessions.
My aim is for you to leave feeling not only better, but with a clearer understanding of what your body is communicating.
There isn't a single answer because every person and every condition is different.
It depends on factors such as:
How long you've been experiencing the problem
The severity of your symptoms
Your general health
Your lifestyle and stress levels
How consistently you're able to follow your home exercises
Many people notice significant improvements after their first session, while others benefit from two or three sessions close together before moving to occasional maintenance appointments.
My goal is always to help you feel better as efficiently as possible while giving you the knowledge and tools to support yourself long-term.
Yes.
Many aspects of my work can be delivered online, including alignment guidance, lymphatic techniques, posture assessment, breathwork, movement practices and Kanika.
Online sessions are ideal if you:
Live outside the area
Travel frequently
Have mobility limitations
Want ongoing support between in-person appointments
You'll receive personalised guidance and practical techniques that you can continue using long after the session.
Not at all.
You don't need any previous experience or beliefs.
One of the things I enjoy most is explaining what I'm doing in simple, practical language.
When people understand what's happening in their body, they often feel calmer and more confident throughout the process.
My aim is never to overwhelm you with complicated concepts, but to help you understand your body in a way that feels accessible and empowering.
In my experience, pelvic alignment is one of the foundations of good health.
The pelvis supports the spine, influences posture, affects movement and plays an important role in how the body distributes load and maintains balance.
When the pelvis is out of alignment, the body often compensates in other areas, which can contribute to recurring discomfort or tension.
Supporting pelvic alignment creates a stronger foundation for the body to move, function and regulate more efficiently.
The lymphatic system plays an important role in helping the body move fluid, remove waste and maintain healthy circulation.
Over many years of practice I've found that when lymphatic flow improves, the body often relaxes more easily and responds better to treatment.
Creating movement within the lymphatic system helps prepare the body before working more deeply with muscles, fascia, joints and energetic balance.
Yes.
My work is designed to complement—not replace—appropriate medical care.
Many people choose to see me alongside their GP, physiotherapist, osteopath or specialist.
My focus is on helping your body function as well as possible while working alongside any medical care you may already be receiving.
If you have any medical conditions or are taking medication, we'll discuss these before beginning your treatment.
People come to see me for a wide variety of reasons, including:
Back and neck pain
Sciatica
Headaches and migraines
Pelvic imbalance
Muscle tension
Stress and anxiety
Fatigue
Emotional overwhelm
Restricted movement
Recovery following injury
Feeling "stuck" physically or emotionally
Rather than treating a diagnosis alone, I look at how your whole body is functioning and where it may need support.
My goal isn't simply to help you feel better for a day.
It's to help you understand your body, restore alignment and give you practical tools that support your health long after you've left the treatment room.
I believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal when it's given the right conditions.
My role is to guide that process, simplify what may be happening and empower you with the knowledge and confidence to continue supporting your own wellbeing.
