Release what is keeping you stuck. Return to Alignment
There are moments in life when we know something is holding us back.
We've worked on our body.
We've explored our emotions.
We've talked through our experiences.
And yet something remains.
A pattern.
A feeling.
A weight that words alone cannot explain.
Kanika is a gentle yet profound process that works with the deep memories held within the body, creating space for lasting transformation.

For many years I had a chronic lung condition.
Despite having extensive knowledge of the body and working alongside an incredible team of practitioners, nothing seemed able to reach the root of what I was experiencing.
I knew there was something deeper.
Then I experienced Kanika.
As the sessions unfolded, I felt something begin to soften.
Old patterns that had been held for years slowly started to unwind.
What eventually revealed itself was something I had always sensed but had never been able to access, ancestral trauma that had been stored far deeper than I could previously reach.
That experience changed my life.
It also changed the direction of my work forever.
I knew I needed to learn this work, not only for myself but so I could offer it to others.
Eventually I became the first man to study Kanika, a modality that had previously only been taught to women.
Looking back now, I don't believe finding Kanika was a coincidence.
I believe it found me exactly when I was ready for it.

Kanika is a Sanskrit word meaning a seed, a small particle, a piece of gold or an atom. Just as a tiny seed holds the potential for new life, Kanika recognises that even the smallest experiences can leave a lasting imprint within us.

Throughout life, our bodies store experiences, emotions and patterns that can continue to influence how we think, feel and respond long after the original event has passed. Sometimes these patterns keep us feeling stuck, even when we've tried many other approaches.

Kanika is a gentle yet deeply transformative process that helps bring awareness to what your body may still be holding. Through guided conversation, breathwork and intuitive body-based techniques, it creates the space for these deeply held patterns to begin softening and releasing.

Rather than forcing change, Kanika honours your body's own wisdom and timing. As each layer unfolds, many people experience a greater sense of freedom, clarity, connection and alignment, allowing them to move forward with more ease and authenticity.
It became the missing piece.
For almost thirty years my work continued evolving.
From massage...
to sports therapy...
to Shiatsu...
to Traditional Chinese Medicine...
to fascia...
to pelvic alignment...
Each discipline helped me go deeper.
But eventually I reached a point where I knew there was another layer I couldn't yet access.
Kanika became that missing piece.
It allowed me to work with patterns that were held at a level deeper than muscles, fascia or structure.
It completed something I had been searching for throughout my career.
Every session is unique.
Rather than trying to force change, we create an environment where your body feels safe enough to begin letting go.
Together we explore what is ready to surface through conversation, breathwork and gentle guidance.
As memories, emotions or sensations arise, we work with them—not against them.
The process unfolds naturally, allowing the body to release what it has been holding in its own time.
Many people describe it as subtle.
Yet profoundly transformative.
People come to Kanika when they feel they have reached a point where something deeper is asking to be explored.
It may support people experiencing:
Repeating emotional patterns
Feeling stuck despite doing "the work"
Unexplained emotional heaviness
Chronic stress
Old trauma
Life transitions
A sense of disconnection
Wanting deeper personal growth
Ancestral or family patterns they wish to explore
Every experience is unique, and Kanika is not about forcing change, it is about creating the space for what is ready to unfold.
Kanika isn't a quick fix.
It unfolds.
Each session creates movement that continues long after you leave.
Many people notice changes in the weeks that follow, with old patterns naturally beginning to lose their grip.
Because of this, I often recommend working together over a three to six month period, allowing each session to build upon the last and giving your body the time it needs to integrate the changes.
If you've tried everything else...
...perhaps what you're looking for isn't another technique.
Perhaps it's time to explore what your body has been waiting to release.
